Just so this doesn't turn nasty, I'll spell out the problems with your Cruise Missile.

1. The wings are too thin for any good amount of lift.
2. The wings will act more as airbrakes than anything else
3. That bulge near the end will cause a ton of drag.

My suggestion, look at RATTLRS for how to shape this missile if you want it to look cool.

the other next gen missile system..... the mjolnir multi target missile. it is an subsonic missile for long range. in the compartiment in the back are 6 starstreaks stored, which can all be fired at the same time of at different moments, at different targets which are illuminated by the radar of the missile or an guidance ship or aircraft. in the front section are 12 lot of small missiles stored, which behave and are launched similar to the ADMM in ace combat 6. it is on a lot smaller scale, though, and with a lot less range.

I am now working on an new version of the camelot, as the old one was not good enough to fit in the requirements I need for it in my book.

also, I will try to post all background info and timelines I have thought out for this AU, because some people don't get that this isn't about the real world, and I want to stop this confusion.

early utopian navy ships.

when Nicaragua was rapidly expanding it's navy and air force (from 1995-1999) the utopian government sought an way to defend themself. they did this by buying 3 dutch s-fregates and buying weapons and building plans for another 3 ships. the s-frigates (protector class) were commisioned in 1997, the first of the 3 new ships (predator class) was finished in 1998, the last in 2000. this was the spearhead of the utopian navy, supported by some small escort ships and a few armed civil ships.

in 2004, utopia started building up an large navy with own design and dutch ships, and they used these to start up the freedom forces. drawings of those will come later though, I will first show some which were build when utopia still had an good name from the US government, and by that by their arms manufacturers.

and the (almost) finished version of the fictional heroes class. I will edit this post soon to add the right missiles to it, now it only has anti-sub and anti-ship ones. I also have changed the role and basic's of the ship, although the appearance seems similar.

there will now just been build 2 versions of this ship, non modular. the first version is the multirole version, with the I mast 500. the second batch is the air defence version, with my high tech TALES SADF mast. other then that, the ships only are different in weapon loads, and they can take on each others roles (but not as good as their main roles, of course)

EDIT: to see the differences.... here is the old version;)

a little question: whould it be possible to use an nuclear carrier for replenishment? of course they can't refuel (or there should be aircraft fuel used by the ships) but will it (without that) still be a good idea?

zumwalt anti cbg ship.png
in 2005 most of the ticonderoga class cruisers are retired because of the economical crisis. as it's replacement, the CGNX programme is running, but those ships will most likely not enter service before 2023(because of lack of funds and so on......) as an intermediate solution 4 of these ships are build: based on the zumwalt class, but with an larger vls and without the AGS mounts. the first 2 enter service in 2016. on the second 2 there is added an extra requirement: these ships are anti cbg ships. for that, the russian Brahmos missile is added in 10 launchers.(shown here)

I am not really sure if the weapons fit on this ship is feasible, so please comment on that. (especially the RAM's)

and yes, I know I have made an ugly ship even uglier...... I just needed an stealthy enemy with very long range antiship missiles for a part of my book.
