I was actually referring to the previous Salamis Mk2 and Cyrenica-classes...

Both Salamis Mk2 and Kyrenia share weaponry and electronics indeed, only differences is the helicopter, which is AB-212A2 for RHN and AB-412EP for Cypriot Navy. The -A2 variant of RHN has some features of -412HP (larger fuel capacity, higher takeoff weight, four wing rotor, automatic flight control system, newer engines) but miss some features of Cypriot 412 (which is more up-to-date). Also, Kyrenia Class has newer VDS (VI variant instead of V).

The HSY-102 frigate supposed to be a follow on from the HSY-82 Thetis to replace the Conon Mk2, but the end of the Cold War prevent this design to come true. But the HSY-102 design was not destined to die. Cyprus had started a naval building program in early 1980's to counter Turkish Navy continious expansion and in 1994 already six new missile boats based on Italian CNR design (similar with Libyan Assad Class) were in service. Also the Conon Mk2B frigates given for free by RHN and the aircraft R-102MP had created a small, but strong navy. Since there was no chance of built the HSY-102 for RHN, the design was given to Cyprus as offsets from Leonidas II/Aspis AT/Leonidas SPAAG order. Some changes were made to the design by Cypriot naval arcitects and the final design was designated HSY-102M. Although electronics and weapons were similar with the RHN Salamis Mk2, the HSY-102M or "Nicosia Class" featured completely new propulsion system. Four units were built in Messimvria Shipyard for Black Sea Command in early 2000's. Like the original "Fregatta veloce" design, HSY-102M is a very fast ship.

I like it, but that 127mm looks rather big for a ship this size.

The ltalian "Fregatta Veloce" of 1970's was designed for the 127/54C.

Some ship-borne EW systems I thought reading the chapter "Electronic Warfare" from World Naval Systems:

CM series: (stands for "Chaff Launcher"): Developed and tested by the Development & Research Center of RHN (AU) in 1960's, this was the first such system in service with Navy. Three versions exist, named from the diamenter of the tube, 81mm, 107mm and 120mm.

DL series : These are decoys for countering anti-ship missiles. Inspired from a chinese system, perhaps I will replace it with other.

DARE: The most common combined ESM/ECM, many versions exist, as it is under continious development from 1972. Name are the intials of "Direction finding", "Analysis", "Recognition", "Encounter". The basic versions (each with its own impovements) are:

-DARE-A (Air or Attack), developed for creating a SEAD aircraft. A variety of missiles used (among them AGM-45 Shrike, AGM-78 Strandard ARM, AS.37 Martel, ARMAT) together with US or French systems. Never connected to AGM-88 HARM. Also a long range DARE-A was tested in P6M using modified RIM-67ER missiles with anti-radar seeker to creating an "AWACS-killer". The RHAF AC-122 AEW was used as target, it is unknown if the the system entered service.
-DARE J: The jammer variant, used mainly from Land Forces.
-DARE S : Developed for surface ships, it is one of the earliest variants. Tested on Sfendoni sub-class DDM (Fletcher-M) in late 1970's, was connected to RGM-78 missiles (anti-radar RGM-66) for attacking shore based radars. It could also lock on fighters when their radar was on. The most common variant is ESM/ECM and engages chaffs or decoys for protecting its platform. Imported ECM/ESM were used also, when in other cases the DARE-S was connected with Corvus system. DARE-S has also jamming capabilities.
-DARE U: The submarine variant, now extinct. Used only from Trident Class submarines (Oberon-HL). Glafkos/Poseidon Class (Agosta 70HL) use license-made Israeli system and countermeasures, like the new Scorpene-HL submarines. However, a new DARE-U is on developement for use in future submarines.

Note that the "DARE" system did existed in some form in real Hellas, for Army I think.

Your Nicosia-class will suffer from both stability and space issues. It has too much top weight high up, such as the extremely poorly situated SSM:s and the big LW-08 radar. Also, you do know that I've posted a corrected version of the Maestrales, right? Your bridge windows, for instance are not the same as on the Lupos or the Maestrales. Also there are several minor issues, but the overall issue is that it's way, way too cramped and has topweight issues!

Better now?

Only the middle front hull and the funnel comes from the original Enrr design, bridge windows are a bit different from Maestales. The idea behind this was the same as the Thetis, a ship with an "Italian" feel (being based on Italian hull) but with its own character.

For the radar, indeed the M311B is not the best radar she could have, but is relatively cheap, as a digital evolution of the old LW-03 (which was license built in 1960's and 1970's) The M311B in performance stands between the LW-03 and the LW-08. Salamis-E features this radar also.

Also 160 complement is a typo, correct number is 126, since Nicosia Class are quite automatic ships.
