This is my first ship almost made from scratch.
It is uncoventation.

That's... different. Why don't you set the second turret in a super firing position?
Also, you'll need a mast, and fire directors...

few problems with the design: you carry the landing craft, but you don't have space for their load/crew, I see no use for the front gun and the design lacks AA. also, the landing craft are unshielded from the waves. also, the landing craft will not be able to actually land, their freeboard is too low to go through the waves near the coast.

I cannot think of what those things on the underwater hull are?

Presumably so you can sink it slightly to launch the boats?

Right. But what about directors for your guns? You need to be able to aim them after all.
And what's the range on these ships supposed to be? Those landing ships are going to be damnably cramped.
