you don't have any shading under the overhangs, and the detailing could be done a little more. other then that, it looks good to me.

I think that your drawing is ok, it is very advanced to its final layout, but more work is required in trying to get some of those small little details right.

At the JFA yachts site, there is a perfect side view, although not in shipbucket style (part of your homework here), where you can see how they rendered the yacht. In it you can see for instance that the windows of the first deck in your drawing are too big, the same as with the portholes on the hull. The second level portholes of the hull at the front, in your drawing are too high, and the extension of the overhang of the second deck, to the back doesn`t get wider as in your drawing. At last between the second deck and the crew deck, there are some stairs, in which you need to work a bit more (in your drawing they end no where).
Sorry to be a pain in the ass sometimes (as probably I`m being right now), but you're rendering of the ship must be the best possible.

One last suggestion, (in which case I may be wrong, subject to a moderator "slap" in the butt, :P ), don`t try to finish so fast every ship you draw (speed will come in time, as you do more and more drawings, where you will acquire more expertice in drawing, in the style), try at first to get right the tips and suggestions others are giving to you.
;)
