This was a real proposal, though I had to do a great deal of guessing with the boat.
Livery based on USCG HC-130.

I don't really know. Aside from some war time air dropped designs I haven't found any references to this kind of boat. My book on the XC-142A only mentions it in passing.

Hello, ladies and gentlemen. I'm latertimelord, but you can call me LTL.

I want to share a WIP that looks promising, at least, for me;

Don't hestiate to tell me if I've done something wrong.

Edit: Thanks for all harsh criticism!

doesn't look too bad to me, but what is it? the never build designs thread is for designs that were considered but not build (or sometimes, for designs that didn't get further then the prototype stage, then the finalised design is what is represented here) and I do not know if this is an own or an never build design.

Yeah, I would like to know what's that supposed to be as well, as You've simply kitbashed Tu-124 and nose part Tu-134UBL - which wasn't really the most demanding task, considering that Tu-134 was derivative of Tu-124 and front part of their fuselages was practically identical.

Ugh... I'm a newbie here, and this is my first try (literally), so please...

@eswube; I tried something simple and not so time-demanding for the first time. This is why it looks like a simple, stupid kitbash. And I'm sorry for my n00b-ness. :lol:
@acelanceloet; You can call it a "what-if" design.

@Radome
LOL! :lol:
Yeap, for some strange reason I had identical thoughts.

@Latertimelord
This thread is for stuff that was actually planned in real life.
As Your personal "what-if" it's place is in this thread:
http://www.shipbucket.com/forums/viewto ... =20&t=4093
And tell me, how much time did You spent on this "not so time-demanding" project? And was it by any chance more than one minute?
