History

The HQ-10 (Chinese: 红旗-10) is a point-defense missile system similar to the US RIM-116 RAM missile. The system was first published in 2008, in use from 2011 onwards. The missile is guided by IIR and passive radar seekers, maximum range is 8-10km. There are three types of launchers that hold 24, 18, 8 missiles.
