The United Antarctic Programme is a jointly funded and operated Antarctic programme that aims to reduce the costs of operating multiple programmes that strive towards a similar goal. The UAP member states include Salide, Denton, Hellas, New Zealand, Australia, the British Confederation, South Africa, and Texas. The headquarters for the UAP is based in Rhone, Denton. It has further facilities in Cape Town, South Africa; Christchurch, New Zealand; and Hobart, Australia.

Denton Antarctic Survey

The Denton Antarctic Survey is the largest contributor to the UAP, with 6 Icebreakers and 5 independent Antarctic Stations.
